What items are returnable?
We would love for you to love your item(s). All orders are carefully checked and packaged prior to shipping. We only provide refund on limited circumstances so please ensure that you review your order before submission.
Items are only eligible for a refund if they are
- Damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect or Defective item
You can submit a return request within 7 days of receipt of your shipment to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then walk you through the process.
What items are non-refundable?
- Earrings due to hygiene reasons (unless they arrived damaged)
- Free gifts or promotional items are final sale
Are there any charges for return?
There are no charges for return reported within the 7-day policy. Damaged items have to be reported 24 hours within receiving your package. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
Please do not ship your item until you have received confirmation from us that we will honor your return. When returning items, please package them in the box you receive them in and provide ample padding to protect the pieces during shipment.
Rachel + Ros will not be responsible for inadequately packaged items or items damaged during shipment in any way. We have the right to deny refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not responsible for tracking your return, and are unable to issue a refund for lost or damaged packages.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after item inspection. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, approximately within 10 business days.
