Yes! We offer Free Shipping with below order minimums after discounts and promo codes :

We are based in Malaysia. However, all our items are packaged and shipped directly from our partner factory in China. This way, our product cost does not include additional packaging and import cost which are unnecessary cost that customers end up paying. 

We know you want your goodies as soon as possible. All our in stock orders are packed and shipped within 2-4 business days. If your order has not been shipped within this time frame, it may be because of :

- Pre-order items or made-to-order items 

- Insufficient information (check your email!)

- Any other unforeseen reason (email us immediately!)

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email together with a tracking number.

The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on your shipping method. Most orders arrive within 20 business days for standard shipping and 5-8 business days for express shipping. Shipping times are only estimates and excludes weekends, holidays and unforeseen postal delays. 

Your order(s) may be subject to duties and taxes, which we can't control. As such, customers are responsible for all taxes and import duties levied by their respective countries (this rarely happens).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

If your tracking number says that your package is delivered, but you haven't received anything, we suggest doing the following :

- Verify the shipping address on your order that it is correct

- Check for attempted delivery note

- Check to see if someone else in your residence or your neighbors accepted it on your behalf

- Allow an extra 1-2 business days - in rare cases, orders have been marked delivered before actually arriving

For international orders, it may take up to 10 business days to be delivered. If full 10 business days pass and you do not receive your order, please contact us at info@rachelandros.com and we will do our best to help you recover and track down your package. Rachel + Ros is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

We have placed the order to our partner factory within 1 business day of your order and we are waiting for them to provide us a shipping confirmation. This usually takes 2-4 business days. If you didn't receive any email after this time period has passed, please email us and we will look into it.

All Rachel Rosh orders are processed  in United States Dollars (USD). When converting prices to another currency a slight variation of between 2% and 5% may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates. When an item is charged to a credit card, you may be charged fees determined by your bank. Rachel Rosh takes no responsibility for any extra charges incurred at the receivers end.

We currently accept all major credit cards ( Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal.

Some of our earrings come with a 925 silver post. Silver is quite soft and bendable. Hence, some of these earrings may arrive with a bent post which could have happened during transit. If this is the case, you can easily fix it by gently straightening them using a pair of pliers.
